What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs are €3.99 for a point relais delivery and €4.99 for a home delivery.
Delivery is free for orders over 120€ in Metropolitan France at a point relais.
Free home delivery on orders over €200 in mainland France.
Delivery to Corsica is €19.90.
For deliveries to Belgium, delivery costs are €3.99 for delivery to a point relais and €5.99 for home delivery.
For deliveries to Luxembourg, delivery costs are €4.99 for delivery to a point relais and €7.99 for home delivery.
Damage in transit
As soon as you receive your order, please check that the parcel is intact and complete. If there is visible damage, refuse to accept it.
If this is not possible, take photos of the damage and keep the box as a first step. Then contact our team immediately via the contact form or by calling 04 51 42 04 19.
You must have proof of the damage as soon as possible, so as not to lose your right to claim a refund.
If you have not made a claim or contacted us, this has no effect on the legal warranty to which you are entitled. Proof of your claim will help us to assert our own rights against the transport service or transport insurance.
