Description

Ride with superior quality thanks to the BLACK BEARING bottom bracket compatible  BB 30 and for cranksets with a spindle of 24 mm and also of the type Sram GXP 22-24mm thanks to an included adapter washer.

It is built around a lightweight, robust and highly resistant CNC-machined aluminium material. This model uses the BBlock technology screwed in 2 parts for better bottom bracket alignment, resulting in less creaking, longer bearing life and easier bearing replacement.

It uses B5 bearings offering optimal reliability, exceptional smoothness and very high durability. These bearings consist of chrome steel balls, a chrome steel cage, and reinforced 2RS seals guaranteeing excellent resistance to water and dust.

A great product!

"I bought this housing for a BB30 format frame. It allows mounting with a 30 axle, the bearings being located outside the frame. Well done to this small company from Brittany: it's very efficient and innovative for a BB30, as it allows a large size for the bearings for a 30 axle, a guarantee of reliability. What's more, the casing is mounted in 2 plastic sheaths that fit directly into the bore on either side of the frame. As a result, the aluminum housing is not in direct contact with the frame's steel bore, which prevents cracking. Note: Blackbearing offers several bearing options: B5, B5 Inox, SKF and Ceramic."
