Successor to the BR-6810, theSHIMANO Ultegra BR-8010 front caliper Direct Mount features the dual-pivot design, SLR-EV system and friction-reducing twin pivot bearings for exceptional efficiency and control, with powerful braking and extreme precision.

Featuring a racy design with compact arms, the BR-R8000 boasts greater clearance, making it compatible with larger tire sizes such as 28C. The stabilizer between the axles reduces deformation and improves braking efficiency, offering a clear feel of contact with a perfect balance of stiffness, weight and braking power.

Attaching to the chainstays, this caliper features a superb integrated and aerodynamic design, reducing the number of superfluous parts while increasing overall braking performance.
