Description
The TOPEAK SmartGauge D2X is the evolution of Topeak's famous digital pressure gauge. More compact, faster and even more accurate, it's designed to measure tire pressure (road, MTB, FatBike) as well as fork and shock pressures.
Its large, backlit LCD display rotates through 180°, allowing perfect reading regardless of valve orientation or wheel configuration. It's the essential tool for tubeless and modern mountain bikers, where a variation of just 0.1 bar can radically transform the bike's behavior.
Is it easy to switch from Presta to Schrader? Absolutely. There's nothing to screw on or turn over. The SmartHead® detects the valve type and connects tightly instantly.
Can I use it for my car or motorcycle? Absolutely. As it's Schrader-compatible and rises to a very high pressure, it's perfect for checking the pressure of car, motorcycle or even trailer tires.
What's the purge button for? This is its best function. You inflate your tire slightly above the target with your pump, plug in the D2X, and press the button to let the air out little by little until you reach exactly the desired value (e.g. 1.25 bar).
