Description

The HOPE TECH 4 EVO X2 PM brake is the ultimate evolution of the renowned Tech 4 master cylinder, designed to deliver perfect feel and total control of braking power. Machined from a block of 2014 T6 aluminum, the TECH 4 EVO master cylinder incorporates a new piston, an optimized floating head, a revised cam, a second guide ring and three new levers, guaranteeing precise, personalized control for every rider. The lever pivot rests on two annular bearings, providing smooth, long-lasting action, while adjustment knobs allow attack and guard to be fine-tuned to individual preferences.

TheX2 post-mountcaliper(74.2 mm center distance) is machined in one piece for increased rigidity and reduced weight. Its two 22 mm phenolic resin pistons (part no. HBSP235) provide power suitable for lightweight applications such as downcountry and XC, while maintaining excellent performance at high temperatures. This configuration provides precise modulation and control, ideal for long rides and varied terrain.

The classic 5 mm diameter, 2 m long hose ensures simple, reliable installation. The brake comes with two types of pads: Racing (green) for maximum performance and All Conditions (red) for versatile use, making it easy to adapt to every riding style and terrain condition.

With 14 color combinations available and several compatible matchmakers, the HOPE TECH 4 EVO X2 PM combines lightness, power and reliability. This brake is the ideal choice for riders looking for performance, control and comfort, whether in XC, downcountry or demanding off-road riding.
