Description
The HUTCHINSON Taipan 29x2.10 Tubeless Ready Hardskin RaceRipost XC tyre with folding bead prioritises rolling efficiency, light weight and grip.
It is versatile and will perform perfectly on mixed terrain. The V-shaped side knobs guarantee good grip and effective mud shedding.
It benefits from the Hardskin XC reinforcement, a high-resistance nylon intermediate layer placed at the tread and on the sidewalls.
Puncture and tear resistance is therefore superior to that of a standard tyre.
It can be used with or without an inner tube, according to your preference, and is recommended as a rear tyre, particularly in XC competition.

"Bought this to replace a Cobra on the rear that only lasted 800 km (I'm keeping the Cobra on the front). Very satisfied with its versatility. Good grip on technical climbs. The sidewalls seem durable after about 300 km. Easy to install and provides good sealing with the sealant."
