The MAXXIS Minion DHF 27.5x2.50WT Double Down (DD) 2-Ply Tubeless Ready folding bead tyre is an Enduro/Freeride model specially designed for soft and muddy terrain.
Equipped with angled knobs minimising rolling resistance and grooved knobs guaranteeing excellent grip, it ensures perfect control in a straight line and precise cornering initiation. The triple compound MaxxGrip rubber blend provides the optimal combination of rebound and grip for high-level performance.
This top-of-the-range version is designed for the most demanding competitors, with a double-ply casing reinforced by a butyl insert guaranteeing DH-grade durability and maximum puncture resistance, but at a significantly lower weight. It should also be noted that the casing has been optimised for mounting on a rim with an internal width of 35 mm.
Depending on the terrain conditions, it can be fitted at the front and rear, or at the front only with a DHR at the rear for greater versatility.

"A safe bet for many years, easy to assemble and press".
"I've regained confidence and go twice as fast downhill, no front wheels slipping or bouncing, coupled with a minion max terra at the rear, less performance but you're on rails. To be recommended on technically difficult terrain, but for people with power in their canes".
"Bought and mounted on a good enduro bike, I tested it at the resort in many situations. Excellent grip on dry terrain, controlled drift, precise trajectory respected. The DHF front model is excellent in its class. On the other hand, the rear DHR tire of the same model disappointed me a lot compared to other brands, because I punctured 3 times (the preventive fluid also had trouble filling the holes) on the same outing (bike park) and in the same places where other tires do much better... ..."
"Top tire, perfect grip, tubeless mounting on the first try".
"I've done 2 rides since buying this shoe, nothing to complain about. Good buy, first price shimano brand. sufficient for leisure. Good advice on sizing."
