Description

Dedicated to aggressive riders, the MAXXIS Minion DHR II 29x2.40WT tyre Downhill 2-Ply 3C MaxxGrip with folding bead is designed for Downhill racing on dry to loose terrain. In this Wide Trail (WT) version, it is optimised for rims 30 to 35 mm wide.

Completely redesigned, it offers even further improved performance whether accelerating, cornering or braking. The wide side knobs make it easier to initiate a turn, while the denser grooved centre tread offers better rolling efficiency and excellent control.

The 2-Ply casing is doubled and reinforced with a butyl insert for better protection and increased sidewall stiffness. This tyre uses the 3C MaxxGrip rubber compound, designed to offer maximum grip and prevent unwanted rebound effects.
