Description

Inspired by the Ikon, the MAXXIS Rekon tyre 29x2.40 TanWall WT Exo Tubeless Ready folding bead is, like it, designed for competition Cross-Country, but it is designed for highly technical terrain requiring more grip and control. Taller, its knobs are also larger and fewer in number than those of the Ikon.

Featuring a supple 60 tpi casing, this version features the Dual Compound rubber blend providing low rolling resistance. This tyre also features the Exo reinforcement on the sidewalls providing increased protection against abrasion and tears

In this Tubeless Ready version that can be fitted with or without an inner tube, this tyre also features the Wide Trail casing which is optimised for mounting on a rim with an internal width of between 30 and 35 mm.
