"the pistons are exactly the same as the original pistons on my avid XO. I took the pistons out with a hand pump with a conical nozzle (like for inflating a swimming pool. . . ). It came out after the 3rd attempt. Be careful because under pressure the pistons can squirt super far. My brakes are working normally again.
