The SHIMANO DEORE XT 8200 Rear Brake with BR-MT805 FlatMount Calliper is designed to provide precise and consistent braking control for cross-country riding. The SERVO WAVE technology optimises the power curve by effectively managing pad-to-rotor contact throughout the lever stroke, ensuring progressive and balanced braking.

The use of the new low-viscosity Shimano mineral oil ensures stable power across a wide temperature range, enhancing reliability in all conditions. The stamped alloy lever benefits from proven durability, while the optimised hose routing delivers a clean, modern aesthetic.

Ergonomics have been improved thanks to a new lever shape, a redesigned pivot point and refined reach adjustment. The SHIMANO DEORE XT 8200 Rear Brake with BR-MT805 FlatMount Calliper enables straightforward upgrading of Flat Mount configurations for superior braking comfort and performance.
